Joyce the dress is beautiful. And yes you ccan use the back yard. I will start getting ready right now. Neat clips on your video cam. I havent bought one yet but hope to this week. Speaing of weddings Mon 3rd isOur 41st anniversaary. Andy and Joyce come home.

I checked with Tulsa County and they said your marriage liscence from Tiawan is recognized wherever you go. They said if you made application for anything SS number etc she would need certified copies of your Taiawan marriage liscence. As far as getting married here a minister could redo your vows without a liscence.
If you want a Oklahoma liscence let me know and I will see what it requires. Forget that . I just called again and they said if you married here they would issue a liscence and she would need a birth certificate, Visa,or
passport. Just one of those.You both have to appear with ID's and $50 cash.
